I currently lead the UX practice at Mastercard’s Lab for Financial Inclusion based in Nairobi, Kenya. As such, I use design to deliver experiences that empower individuals, cultivate understanding, and promote clarity while digitizing industries such as agriculture and micro-retail in emerging markets. 

In the past, I have used human-centered design methodologies across multiple verticals and advised a wide range of companies at Isobar, a design consultancy, including Bloomberg, MSCI, Avis, Enterprise, HBO, Bayer, and others.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in the field of information systems and masters degree in human-computer interaction.
